Domestic

Currently working on designs for a domestic refurbishment, which includes a master bedroom and en-suite, two guest bedrooms and a main bathroom. These are the look and feel boards which have been produced for each room. The master has a luxurious and glamorous feel, the guest bed rooms are full of character and colour. The en-suite and bathroom are warm and tactile with fabulous feature tiling in both. Keep your eye out for the visuals of the rooms.

Delighted to share with you all the refurbishment of a recently completed living room. The clients were looking to breath some new life into their existing tired living room. This was a really large space which wasn’t being fully utilised.   The new design works so all the space is functional.  We stripped everything out and installed a new feature fire place, laying new wood floor.  All fixtures and furniture were new.  A dining area was created and  we introducing new storage and displays.  We have also commissioned Happy Retro Furniture to source and produce a bespoke side board.    The result is a warm, bright and tactile environment, which completely reflects the family.  This was an absolute joy to work on.

NJR Designs were invited to propose a design package for a bedroom, this includes mood board, 3D visuals and an itemised list and break down of  source  & costs of all fixtures and finishes.  The client loved mid century and Scandinavian designs, but needed a bit of help pulling it all together.  It was a really enjoyable wee project to work on and a pleasure to work with the Client and thank her for putting complete faith in NJR.  We particularly love the up cycled chest of drawers by Happy Retro Furniture, its a real focal point in the room.  Certainly got a bit of  bedroom envy going on!

This is our first domestic project.  We were invited to design the Clients living room.  The brief was for a clean contemporary feel.   The clients existing sofas and flooring were to be retained.   As it was such a large space we wanted to create a warm comfortable feel. A feature fire place wall has been introduced, to break up the space. And the overall look was influenced by a modern Scandinavian feel.
